About SignalArc's Website
Privacy
This site does not track users. There is no logging, no cookies and no data retention.
Your privacy is valuable. I choose not to request nor store any user data, since I do not need such data. This site is intended to share information and resources. If you find this site useful, it would be nice to hear how you make use of it. But that is not the exchange. What is offered here is done so freely and without expectation. As such, user data is a liability - there is no purpose for it as this site is not measured. If you wish to contact me, my details are provided at the foot of each page.
Accessibility
This site is intended to be accessible. That is the aspiration.
Steps have been taken to help this site be usable by people with a wide range of abilities. However, there is no such thing as a fully accessible site since there are so many needs for users that anyone claiming full accessibility does not understand the problem. Accessibility is both work in progress and a conversation. If you have an accessibility need that is not met on this site, please let me know and I will try to improve matters. There are many types of accessibility and people have a wide range of needs.
Colour blindness is a simple form of consideration that happens to affect the maintainer of this site. It is a relatively measurable problem that receives much attention from developers as a problem which can be fixed through the careful selection of colours on a site. Other issues, such as dyslexia, are not so well understood and require a more patient approach and a willingness to take on board feedback from affected individuals. Accessibility requires ongoing learning and can never be considered completed. Rather accessibility requires curiosity and the idea of continuous improvement - something we can all benefit from.
